Super Moist and Creamy Chocolate Cupcakes

This is my GO-TO recipe. Shower? Stag? Bake Sale? You really can’t mess up this recipe and I’m telling you that someone will say ‘these are so moist!’. Yes…yes they are. I’ve made these with oreo icing, added chocolate chips, or straight up at the batter.

If you’re new to vegan baking, want to impress someone, or want to take it a step above a cake mix but really only a small step then this is the recipe for you.

I’ve even done a few test runs and made these cupcakes drunk, I’LL DO ANYTHING FOR MY READERS! So yeah, even writing this post seems too easy.

1 tbsp soy butter (optional)

1-2 cups icing sugar (I like my icing really really thick)
