These were a favorite of my me and my sister growing up. I still haven’t mastered them like she has but these are easy and super tasty!
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of oil
1/4-1/2 cup lemon juice
2-3 cloves of garlic
Salt & Pepper
Then: Peel & slice 4 potatoes (Russet Potatoes)
Add it all into a dish like in the photo, the juice mixture should come up between 1/2 – 3/4 of the potatoes, but not cover them completely.
Cook at 350 for an hour- 90 minutes. Check on them every 30 mins and use a baster to keep marinating the potatoes.
Trust me it’s easy and a great side dish!
