Pumpkin Pie

It’s getting cold out and time to bust out the pumpkin pie!

For the crust:

In a bowl mix with a fork:

1 1/2 cups of pastry flour

dash of salt

1/2 cup of butter

sprinkle 4-5 tbsp of water- add slowly

Once you’ve mixed, refrigerate for 30 mins and roll out with a rolling pin.

Mix in a blender, food processor, or egg beater:

1 box of silken tofu

1 can of pumpkin puree

1 1/4 cup of brown sugar

pinch of sale

1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp of nutmeg

Cook at 400 for about 30 mins.
