Scrambled Tofu

Scrambled tofu is great when you’ve got some random ingredients that you need to use up. Today I added corn and green onion but peppers, garlic, tomatoes, or mushrooms can be good too.

I just stir fry some tofu, add a little yeast, vegannaise, turmeric, salt, olive oil, and my veggies and go. It’s one of those recipes that is different every time.
