Amazing Aysha’s Tzatziki

Thanks to Aysha for the recipe! Really really yummy!

Blend in food processor:

12 ounces of silken tofu (1 box)

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

Add salt and pepper to taste

The add 1 cucumber, seeded and grated**

1 tbsp chopped dill

Cover & chill for 2-3 hours, serve with beer.

** Squeeze the grated cucumber between hands (squeeze out as much water as possible)

Once smooth, add:

1/2 tsp salt

2-3 cloves of garlic
