Super Simple Pancakes

Really simple and delicious (serves about 8):


2.5 cups flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

Dash of salt


1 tbsp oil

2.5 cups vegan milk or water

Optional: sliced or mashed bananas, blueberries, or strawberries

Mix the two together and start flipping pancakes!

The cinnamon and nutmeg in these pancakes tastes amazing with fresh jam!
