I thought I’d give my usual hash browns a twist!
For about 5 of these I used a cheese grater for one Russel potato. I then added:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Dash of salt
- 2 tsp seasoning (I used some called ‘Pizza Seasoning’)
Then fry them up! The thinner the better!
Here are some suggestions as to what else you can add:
- 1-3 tsps of hot sauce
- Sea Salt
- Shredded Sweet Potato
