I had a bit of a high school reunion last night with my friends Loni and Sarah and didn’t want to risk any new recipes because I felt I had to impress.
I made a salad with one of my favorite salad dressings ever! It’s sweet and delicious and filled with herbs and I could eat it like soup. It’s from one of my favorite cooking books ever, Tal Ronnen’s The Conscious Cook. You can find the recipe here.
It was definitely a hit! Since Loni & Sarah didn’t want me to take their photos for this blog I considered putting a couple of our high school photos in this post but decided against it….. for now.
