Tofu Shirataki

My mom bought these tofu noodles for me the other day since she had used them a couple of times. My sister has made stir fry with them but I was craving something light and simple.

I ended up boiling them in a cup of veggie broth with some chopped green onions, a dash of salt, and some lime juice. Yum! I’m definitely inspired to try them again!

      They were so easy! Next time I think I’d add some more veggies like bok choy or chopped carrots 🙂
