Avocado Basil Hummus

This was last minute inspiration when I was making fajitas and realized I didn’t have any hummus. I just grabbed some chickpeas, lemon, salt, garlic, and tahini and put it in the food processor with some olive oil.

The result was a nice hummus but I decided to throw some basil and avocado in for something even creamier and tastier. I only had half an avocado but I would definitely put more in next time!
