Vegan BBQ’ing

Part of the reason I’ve been neglecting my blog is because I bought John Schlimm’s awesome book Grilling Vegan Style and I’ve been busy testing out some of the awesome recipes. I’ve been eager to share them but I haven’t found anyone online who has posted the recipes so I didn’t want to be the first to infringe on copyright laws…

So I figured I would share some photos and tell you to get this book! I don’t even have a BBQ and I’m loving these dishes.

This paprika cauliflower was crazy easy and super tasty- plus I made them in the oven:

I was a little apprehensive about this mint-pesto pasta but it had a really fresh taste and the mint definitely didn’t overpower the dish:

I honestly can’t wait to head up to the cabin and fire up the BBQ and try out some of the grilling recipes. But in the meantime I will leave you with this amazing vegan BBQ burger I had yesterday at Whole Foods Market that had grilled veggies over a ciabatta bun with chipotle veganaise sauce! God lord I’m salivating just remembering it.
