I’m so excited about this sauce, it’s a game changer. I love it. It’s tasty, simple and healthy!
It’s called Tofu Green Goddess Dressing and I got it here. Tonight I served it on steamed asparagus topped with heirloom dragon beans (I know, the name is crazy but awesome). I’ll be making big batches to keep in my fridge to serve as dip with chips, fresh veggies, and on tacos!
I also made a home-made pumpkin spice latte which I was thrilled to find this recipe through Luminous Vegan. I was DEVASTATED to learn that Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte wasn’t vegan. I wait all year for them and text pretty much everyone I know when they arrive.Starbucks, if you’re listening….I am NOT HAPPY. So I made a big batch of the pumpkin flavor so I should be set for about a month. Plus real ingredients are always better than artificial ones!
And finally I’d like to run a survey for anyone reading this, does this look like a guilty face to you?
There’s been a lot of backlash at Starbucks about the PSL not being vegan. I was one of those people who loved when it arrived. But at least there are some great vegan alternatives to be found.
And yes, that is a very guilty face. Much like the one I get from my own fur-babies when they’ve played with the toilet paper or scratched the couch.
Haha I guess the guilty feline face is universal!
Guilty! And damn adorable. I’m sorry about the pumpkin spice lattes -is anything sacred?!?
Apparently NOTHING is sacred!!
Your latte looks so yummy and frothy! Love the guilty kitty face 🙂
Haha I see that face alot!
