It’s been classic Vancouver weather for the past million days (that’s what it feels like anyways): POURING rain. I haven’t felt like doing much else besides sitting on the couch with hot foods.
I guess I’m not the only one because my sister sent me a photo of this soup with a text that said: PUT THIS ON YOUR BLOG! Alright! No need to yell!
So here it is:
8-12 small tomatoes
1 red pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
Drizzle with olive oil on a pan and heat at 375 for 45-60 minutes.
Pour everything into a blender with fresh basil and blend.
