Vegan Beef Stroganoff

Autumn seems to be coming early this year, THANK GOD. I know that most people in Vancouver would kill me for saying that but they don’t have to live in my apartment. Plus Fall is my favorite time of year; that cool crisp wind, sweaters, pumpkin spice lattes, and coloured leaves.

I have a movie that ushers in each season that I need to watch so that it can officially begin. Love, Actually for winter, Dirty Dancing for summer and what introduces Fall for me? Why RICH’S FAVORITE CANADIAN MINI-SERIES!!! YES!

It also means that I can make hot dishes without feeling like I’m living on the sun. I’ve had this recipe for Vegan Beef Stroganoff on my Pinterest Board and it’s finally cool enough to bust it out.

It was pretty easy make (but absolutely not healthy!) so if you’re looking for something creamy to dig into while watching the totally PG love story of Anne & Gilbert than this is it.

Looks delish but can’t find the recipe…Suggestions? We, too, are longing for Fall weather, but we are still experiencing triple digit weather – groan! As by brother and I used to say to our Father when we were on a road trip: HOW MUCH LONGER? – lol

    1. Hmmm, I just tried the link and it should work. Otherwise you can find it here: I feel you with the hot weather- I’m ready to comfortably have a blanket on me when I sleep!
