Yes! For months now I’ve basically had the entire menu for my upcoming supper club complete except for one line that I had written ‘salad’. Every time I was planning, I’d see that blank space and think ‘shit I need a salad…..I think there’s some leftovers from Wine Thursdays…I should go check on that immediately.’
Anyways, I’m less than 2 weeks from my dinner and I finally felt inspired! I wanted to do an autumn twist on an Italian Crouton Salad and I’m really glad it turned out so well because otherwise I’d need a lot more wine to not stress about it.
So I now have my final menu complete and there are still 6 spots left! SPOILER ALERT! If you’re coming and want to be surprised then don’t read below.

Now that I have the menu all confirmed I just have to figure out how to cook it all and have it ready for 20 people. I should probably get help with prep this time but I’m unemployed…I could use something to do.
