I love when people ask me for tips or help with cutting meat or dairy out of their diet. It makes me feel super important and flattered. The thing is that it’s never as hard as people think it’s going to be.
Seriously… The most asked question by the plant-based curious and recently from within. Proved time and time again to be a virtual non issue and systematically proved by Dr Rick Dina in a recent video (found in my link @therawadvantage) covering this topic. Eat big, pick the fruits you love the most and as much greens as you can enjoy all while growing with variety and muscle building exercise, sleep, fresh air, water and love.
